Explore career opportunities with Los Santos' premier security solutions provider
Becoming a Security Officer involves multiple steps to ensure readiness. It starts with your application, which is reviewed by our Training and Recruitment Officers. If your application meets our standards, a criminal record check from the LSPD is requested. A clean record allows you to proceed to a recruitment interview, where you should be prepared to discuss your background.
If you pass the interview, you become a Trainee Security Officer. During this period, a senior officer mentors you and provides a handbook. Your mentors assess your knowledge until they're confident you can patrol independently. At that point, you take an examination to become a full-time Security Officer.
Security Officers serve in a full-time role while Security Guards are employed part-time. Security Officers are the backbone of our company, playing a vital role in patrols, alarm responses, and regular property checks. This position is at the core of our organization. They can take part in internal departments and divisions as well.
Security Guards are not permitted to respond to property alarms or conduct patrols on our client properties. They can participate in daily security assignments such as bouncer jobs, Cash-in-Transit operations, and executive transportation. The Security Guard position is a perfect match for Law Enforcement Officers who are looking for a part-time gig! Security Guards cannot partake in multiple divisions within the company.
Technicians & Tow Truck Operators are another full-time role within our organization. They specialize in installing various security equipment like alarms, CCTV cameras, metal detectors, and proximity sensors for our contracted properties. As a towing operator, they're permitted to respond to LSSD contractor tow requests, as well as respond to our client tow or roadside assistance calls.
The response is negative. However, ProTech Security provides its employees with limitless internal opportunities. This implies that once your initial employment application is approved and you are hired, you can apply for positions in other departments and divisions within the company.
We understand that not everyone entering the security field may already have the necessary licenses to operate as an Armed Security Officer. At ProTech, you can join us without these licenses, but we strongly encourage you to obtain them as soon as possible. We even offer reimbursements for obtaining the required licenses.
Compliance with the law is paramount when it comes to using firearms as a Security Officer, and we maintain strict adherence to these regulations. Our senior staff will guide you in staying within the legal framework and assess your knowledge.
To acquire your firearms licenses, you should sign up at https://fld.gta.world and follow the provided instructions. It's important to note that a minimum Guard Card license is required to carry a firearm while on duty.
Our tattoo policy is fairly lenient. Tattoos are not an issue as long as they do not convey offensive or racist meanings and are not prominently displayed on your face or other highly visible areas. However, if you have full-arm sleeve tattoos, we recommend wearing a long-sleeved uniform for a more professional appearance.
Joining ProTech Security Solutions comes with a host of benefits. You'll have the opportunity to work in one of the most rewarding jobs in Los Santos, collaborating closely with law enforcement and exploring multiple divisions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Along with a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a relaxed work environment.
Applicants with a substantial history of admin-related issues will not be considered. While we acknowledge that people can change, applicants need to maintain a clean record for at least two (2) weeks, free from punishments like bans, admin jails, or warnings. However, meeting this requirement does not guarantee acceptance, as the decision also takes into account the nature and frequency of prior punishments.
ProTech Security Solutions is a self-funded organization, and our payment system is not script-based. Instead, your character's paycheck is determined by their in-game activity. While we value high activity, it's important to note that there may be a paycheck limitation at the end. Specific details will be discussed in person.
ProTech maintains a lenient stance regarding disqualification during the evaluation process. However, it is of utmost importance to emphasize that applications revealing signs of dishonesty or a documented history of drug or alcohol use on the job will lead to automatic denial.
It's crucial to understand that the primary reason applicants do not pass our background investigations is due to the intentional withholding or misrepresentation of job-relevant information. We place a high value on integrity and ethical conduct in our security personnel, and any breach of this trust during the application process may result in disqualification.
We encourage all applicants to provide accurate and complete information, as this is essential for a fair and thorough assessment of your suitability for a position with ProTech. Your honesty and transparency are appreciated and will be taken into account during the evaluation process.
ProTech Security Solutions is one of multiple security organizations in GTA World. In this faction, we all strive to provide a realistic security roleplay, whether it is for our colleagues, clients, or the server overall. ProTech Security Solutions' primary areas of operation are Los Santos, Sandy Shores, and Paleto Bay, constantly aiming to provide roleplay in all areas where feasible. While the security roleplay could be stale, boring, and slow at times, we encourage our members to try and apply for multiple divisions within our faction, as it helps solve this issue, especially for newcomers.
This is a faction that offers diverse roleplay opportunities, whether it is through its positions, divisions, roleplay, or scripts. Although everyone starts from a base rank, it is essential to have the mental readiness and a willingness to listen, understand, and act on the knowledge learned. It's all up to you how you wanna portray your character as long as it's a realistic portrayal.
The faction emphasizes realism and character development within the private sector. Unlike governmental factions, we operate in a commercial space; however, that doesn't mean it's any less serious. There are many ways you could join this faction, as long as your character's background story and development are realistic. Your character can be, but is not limited to:
Above everything else, our faction desires quality roleplay and believable characters from its members. The character you are willing to bring into the faction shouldn't only be preoccupied with patrol duties, assignments, or security-related work. They should also focus on making their characters feel less robotic and more human by giving their characters realistic flaws, weaknesses, and personal struggles to help shape a character that is fun for them to roleplay and for people to interact with.
In-character, it's totally up to you how you wanna portray your character; however, by logic, your character should be cautious when interacting with supervisors and above. We do not encourage perfect characters; in fact, we like to promote characters with realistic flaws, weaknesses, and personal struggles, which of course either affect them at work or in their personal life.
Out-of-Character, we expect you to be mature, patient, willing to learn, and accept feedback from others. The security roleplay can sometimes be delicate and slow; however, we try our best to always keep members busy with something, but not to discourage them from developing a personal/social life either. You should be respectful towards faction leadership, the faction members, and the GTA World community overall. Everything should be handled in-character if it happened in-character. Resorting to toxicity or berating other members of the community will most likely place a faction ban and a report on you.
We expect our applicants to show enthusiasm, commitment, and dedication in their application. Regardless of the position they are applying for, realistically, you should always consider the fact that you're applying for a large organization, in terms of its popularity, employees, clients, and integrity. We expect you to write your application using your own words and not to utilize any AI-generated websites, as it will be picked up, and you will be asked to rewrite the necessary fields. The worst-case scenario could lead to your ban from applying to ProTech Security Solutions in the future.
